I’m the web developer behind Traverse. During the week I build fast websites and streamline the internal workflows that keep businesses running. On the weekends, you’ll usually find me at 15,000 feet — I work as a skydiving tandem instructor.
Both jobs come down to the same thing: earning trust, staying calm under pressure, and getting people safely to where they want to be.
Two worlds,
one mindset.
I got into web development because I love solving problems. I spent two years teaching myself to code before landing my first job, then kept going — working full-time while putting myself through university alongside it. That habit of learning fast and building as I go is still how I work.
What really gets me going isn’t the code itself — it’s understanding the pain points inside a company and finding a way to use technology to overcome them. Sometimes that’s a faster, better website. Just as often it’s the stuff customers never see: the clunky internal process, the manual admin, the tool that doesn’t talk to the other tool. Fix those and you free up time, cut mistakes, and let a team do more of what they’re actually good at.
The skydiving side keeps me honest. When you’re strapped to someone about to jump out of a plane, there’s no room for cutting corners or over-promising. I bring that same care and straight-talking to every project I take on.
